Elementary Student Council is hosting a food drive Nov. 10-21. The 2 winning classes (one elementary/1 jr./sr. high) will win an ice-cream party. All donations will be given to the food pantry here in town.

Hello Kansas Families,
We are aware that SNAP benefits are currently unavailable, and we want to ensure that all of our families have access to the resources they need during this time.
To help, we’ve compiled a list of local food pantries that can provide groceries and essential items to families in our community.
If your family could use assistance, or if you’d like help connecting with one of these organizations, please reach out to the school office. All communication will be kept confidential, and we are happy to help in any way we can.
We know times like this can be challenging, but our Kansas School community always takes care of one another.
Warmly,
Mrs. Huisinga

We invite all staff and students to wear blue on Monday to help raise awareness for PURA Syndrome.
PURA Syndrome is a rare genetic disorder that affects neurodevelopment of those diagnosed with it. There are approximately 750 people in the world diagnosed with this disorder, including Mrs. Dulaney's daughter, Elowyn.
With it being so rare, there is not much research at this time, so do your part to wear blue and increase the awareness!
