PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Kansas Community Unit School District #3
Clark, Coles, Douglas and Edgar Counties, IL (the “District”) will hold a public hearing on the 19th of November, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. The hearing will be held in the Kansas CUSD #3 Superintendent’s Office, located at 310 S. Front Street, Kansas, IL 61933. The purpose of the public hearing will be to receive public comments on the application of waiver or modification of state board rules and/or school code mandates – 105 ILCS/17-1.5.
